Covid19 Protocols 

Covid-19 has changed the way we do business.  We have implemented the following changes in accordance with Manitoba Health's recommendations regarding enhanced store hygiene practices.  We hope you find these changes make for a better safer shopping experience.  Helene's is committed to customer and employee safety.  Should you have any questions or a special circumstance, please ask in advance and we will see if we can accommodate your request.  We want to be available to you and provide the best service, while still respecting everyone's safety.

 

ALL SHOPPING EXPERIENCES

 Appointments can be booked online or you may contact the store by phone or email and request an appointment. 

Walk-ins will only be taken if space is available.  

 

Customers will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entry.  Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store. 

MRHA has made masks mandatory!

 

We ask customers to touch only the dresses they may be interested in trying on.

 

We disinfect change rooms, door handles, dresses, accessories, etc. on a regular basis.

We request customers respect physical distancing guidelines while in the store even though they wear a mask.  Once initial gowns are selected for try-on, please stay with your 'bubble' of people or remain in the designated change room area and do not browse through the store.  Your sales person will happily select and retrieve more gowns.

We will happily accommodate your larger group (you + 5) but you must book that appointment by email or phone, to reserve the additional space.

ALTERATIONS APPOINTMENT

Appointments are preferred for all shopping experiences, dress pick ups, and alterations. Walkins welcome but appointments are the priority.
