This two piece lace applique and chiffon dress by Splash is such a fresh and fun style!  The top is a lace applique crop style top with wide scalloped straps and scalloped trim at the bottom of the top.  The flowy chiffon skirt is trimmed in the same lace applique at the waistband for the perfect match. The skirt flows into a slight sweeping train in the back for a dramatic touch.
