ONLINE PURCHASES

These GUIDELINES that apply to online orders ONLY, and may change or be modified without notice or as necessary.

 

In stock purchases will ship out in 10 business days via Canada Post.  Tracking will be provided. 

Special Order items can take 6 weeks - 6 months to arrive. 

Helene's is not responsible for any manufacturing defects or manufacturing of the dress.  In times of supplier's inability to provide the requested dress by the indicated timeline, a full refund will be issued.

Helene's is not responsible for the timeline of manufacturing or delivery as we do not manage the designer or Canada Post.

ONLINE RETURNS

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it with the following guidelines:

The store must be notified within 3 days of your order arriving that you wish to return.  At that time, customer will be informed of return procedures and time deadline.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Item must arrive back in the store by the pre-determined deadline in the same original condition as it was sent out.  If it is worn or damaged, no return or exchange will be considered.

There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from return amount.

Only when all of these conditions are met, will the funds be returned or exchange processed.
